Journal Therapy Coaching with Aliya
This isn’t about writing essays or being poetic.
Journal therapy is about making space for your truth, whether it flows onto a page, into a voice note, through a guided conversation, or even a quiet moment of stillness.
Here, we explore what wants to rise using mindful prompts, verbal processing, visual expression, or gentle body-based movement.
Every session is fluid, collaborative, and held with care.
Whether we meet 1:1 or in a group, my role is to guide, reflect, and support your journey back to self.
You don’t need to be a writer to journal.
You just need to be willing to meet yourself, softly.

Each session is tailored to you: your energy, your pace, and what you’re ready to explore.

We can meet online or in person, depending on your location.

Sessions begin with gentle grounding, followed by reflective prompts, open conversation, or creative expression. Sometimes we’ll use tools like the Wheel of Life to map out what areas need attention. Other times, we’ll flow with what’s rising in the moment.
​
You don’t have to journal on paper. You can talk, sketch, move, or reflect out loud. This is a space to be real, raw, soft, and supported.
​
Body-based journaling and movement can be included if desired, such as expressive movement, dance-inspired processing, or intuitive release.
​
This isn’t about fixing. It’s about feeling, remembering, and returning to yourself.

Group Journaling Circles and Workshops
These are safe, creative spaces where we come together in community to reflect, write, share, and reconnect.
Whether it’s a themed session or an open journaling circle, we start with grounding, move into guided prompts or visual exercises, and leave space for optional sharing or discussion.
